Stone Color
A mix of brown and greens and reds. Brown tones are subtle. Green tones are very light but beautiful when present. Red is a mild accent color on some pieces and a strong accent color on others. A very unique patio stone option.
Stone Finish
Treated with a flame to add texture to a sawn surface. Results in a slightly textured surface that is not slippery.
Stone Coverage
Pieces are cut to exact dimensions so coverage is dependent on how much you buy. A typical pallet of 1.5" Karney® will cover an average of 180 square feet.
How It's Sold
By the pallet. Limited single pieces may be available in an open pallet in the yard, but we strongly prefer to sell this stone by the pallet.

One of our most popular stones is now being precisely cut for walkways and patios. We sell a lot of Karney® stone, we hold the registered trademark on the stone. It comes in many forms at Wicki Stone including natural and sawn steps, wall stone in multiple forms, stair treads, irregular walkway and patio stone, bridge and dive rocks, placement and spill rocks as large wall stone "chunks". It is an extremely versatile stone. The unique colors in the Karney® pattern patio stone make it a strong alternative to bluestone.
Frequently Asked Questions
We strongly prefer that you buy a whole pallet, however there is typically an open pallet in the yard and you can pick individual pieces from that pallet. We do not allow customers to open new pallets and then mix and match pieces (for size or color) from more than one open pallet.
