Bluestone Blue Blue Patio, Walkway and Pool Deck Stone is a popular choice at Wicki Stone. All pieces are selected for their blue and silver colors, there are no earth tones in this stone. The Natural Cleft finish is slightly rough. Some people feel that this stone has a more contemporary feel verses, full range color bluestone. We feel differently but the bottom line is you have a color choice in pattern bluestone patio, walkway and pool deck stone, either full color or blue blue. Split along naturally occurring veins, the result is a slightly rough surface.
Stone Coverage
Pieces are cut to exact dimensions so coverage is dependent on how much you buy. A typical pallet of 1.5" bluestone will cover an average of 180 square feet, a pallet of 1" will cover 220 sq. ft.
How It's Sold
By the pallet. Limited single pieces may be available in an open pallet in the yard, but we strongly prefer to sell this stone by the pallet.
Long Description
One of our most popular walkway and patio stones. Two primary features - uniform blue-gray color of blue-blue bluestone, and the natural cleft texture provides a slightly rough look, but with consistent colors. This is easy stone to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions
We strongly prefer that you buy a whole pallet, however there is typically an open pallet in the yard and you can pick individual pieces from that pallet. We do not allow customers to open new pallets and then mix and match pieces (for size or color) from more than one open pallet.
There are 2 basic bluestone colors - Blue-Blue and Full Range (sometimes call Off Color). Blue-blue includes only the bluish-silver tones of bluestone, where Full Range Color (Also Called Off-Color) brings in earth tones like brown, rust, tan, even green.
Our pattern walkway and patio stone is sold by the square foot. All you need to do is measure or approximate the square footage of the walkway or patio you want. If you want a 10 (x) 10 patio that is 100 square feet of stone. We also suggest you add 10% more to cover any cutting, or shaping. So the 100 square foot patio you may want to order 110 square feet.
